We're seeking experienced Freight Broker Agents with an established book of business and strong, lasting shipper relationships. Your Responsibilities Manage and expand your existing customer portfolio. Quote, book, and oversee freight from pickup through delivery. Utilize our extensive carrier network or work with your own trusted carriers. Build and maintain exceptional relationships with shippers and carriers. Identify opportunities to increase revenue through account growth and outstanding service. Competitive commission structure with room to grow. What You Bring An active, consistent book of business. Proven experience as a Freight Broker Agent or Freight Broker. Strong negotiation skills and established carrier relationships. The ability to manage customers independently with professionalism and integrity.
