Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist Temp To Hire
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90061
Pay: $26$27/hr
Schedule: Full-time, 8:30am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Manage invoicing, billing, and collections
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Process payments and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks
- Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances
Requirements:
- 3+ years of AR experience
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
