Chief of Staff About the Company Innovative procurement intelligence platform for food, beverage, supplement & pet food manufacturers Industry Computer Software Type Privately Held Founded 2025 Employees 1-10 Specialties procurement intelligence platform supplier collaboration cpg supply chain food & beverage manufacturing ingredient procurement quality assurance supplier management and r&d coordination About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, with a focus on driving the company's operational and strategic initiatives. This role is pivotal in alleviating the CEO's bottleneck on decision-making and will involve owning the CEO's calendar, priorities, and decision queue, as well as being the company's escalation filter. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving follow-through on the CEO's commitments, leading cross-functional strategic projects, and owning the planning process. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in board and investor relations, and fundraising, and will play a key role in org design and talent acquisition as the team scales. The ideal candidate for the Chief of Staff position at the company will have a background that demonstrates strong judgment, range, and ownership. They should be AI-native, capable of using AI tools to enhance their work, and adept at absorbing and providing clarity on ambiguous, high-stakes problems. The role requires a candidate who can operate with founder-level agency, is reliable, credible, and authentic, and is solution-oriented. Experience as a Chief of Staff in a high-growth startup, a senior consultant with a strong operating bent, an ex-founder, or a senior product or strategy leader with a desire for a higher-leverage role is highly valued. The company is looking for someone who can seamlessly transition between strategy and execution, and who is prepared to take on a role with the potential to evolve into a VP, COO, or a founder of their next company.
