Chez Poulet

Chez Poulet is a fun and casual French Rotisserie Restaurant from the owners of Le Bouchon. We are opening in the Bucktown Neighborhood and will be offering full and half chickens, French Sides, Baguettes by Mindy Segal, seasonal salads, charcuterie & French Wine!

Full time availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

Execute our menu with consistency and attention to detail
Prepare and carve rotisserie chickens
Cook and plate sides, salads, and sauces
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout every shift
Follow recipes and food safety standards
Work efficiently during high-volume service
Communicate clearly with both kitchen and front-of-house teammates
Help with prep projects and daily opening/closing duties
