Litigation Legal Assistant

Overview PARSONS BEHLE & LATIMER has an opening for a legal litigation assistant in our Salt Lake City, Utah office. The ideal candidate will be able to receive multiple projects, prioritize and execute them; a strong work ethic; experience working with Microsoft Office Suite; careful attention to detail; and excellent organizational and communication skills. 2+ years of litigation legal assistant experience is required. Responsibilities Responsibilities include supporting attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks, running conflicts checks, answering phones, scheduling meetings, and providing backup legal assistance for the firm, if needed. This is an in-office position, and the hours are 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. The minimum hourly rate is negotiable commensurate with experience.
