Job Description
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and supplier performance.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to meet production needs.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement goals with business objectives.
- Track and report key metrics to assess procurement performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Resolve any supply chain or procurement issues in a timely and efficient manner.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Procurement Manager should have:
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in procurement and supply chain management.
