You bring a delivery-oriented, collaborative approach combined with critical and creative thinking to strengthen organizational resilience and the control' environment. You are comfortable working through ambiguity, asking thoughtful questions, and communicating clear insights that support meaningful outcomes.
We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

- Solid knowledge of (re)insurance value chain and administration process including its governance frameworks, risk landscape, and control environments
- Strong understanding of governance processes and controls , with the ability to evaluate their effectiveness across complex organizational structures
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills able to convey complex findings clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
These are additional nice to haves:
- Experience with data analytics tools or automation
