Field Reimbursement Manager I & I Albany

Pfizer seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to support healthcare providers and office staff across upstate New York with reimbursement guidance, coverage education, and patient access solutions for Pfizer products. The role combines regional expertise in payer landscapes with direct customer engagement and internal stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Conduct office visits with healthcare providers and staff to address reimbursement and coverage questions affecting Pfizer product access
• Deliver education on local and regional payer landscapes, formulary updates, prior authorization policies, and patient support offerings
• Distribute and explain Pfizer-approved reimbursement materials, including patient assistance program details and billing references
• Coordinate with Pfizer's patient access hub programs to resolve individual patient coverage barriers and enrollment issues
• Serve as regional subject matter expert on reimbursement issues and provide market insights to internal leadership

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years pharmaceutical industry experience in sales and/or coding and reimbursement
• Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) required
• Strong understanding of specialty drug reimbursement, government payment systems, and co-pay assistance programs
• Demonstrated ability to work compliantly in regulated environments with strict adherence to guidelines
• Valid US driver's license with compliant driving record; ability to travel 50% for customer interactions
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proven presentation and strategic planning experience
• Proven capacity to influence cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders

Compensation: $139,100–$231,900 base salary; 17.5% bonus target; long-term incentive program eligibility
