Junior Sales Associate (100% Commission) – Remote

Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Sales Associate to join our remote team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals eager to start a career in sales and insurance, offering full training and mentorship. This position is 100% commission-based, allowing you to earn directly from your efforts.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective clients and introduce them to our insurance products
- Support clients throughout the sales process, answering questions and providing information
- Assist in scheduling appointments and following up on leads
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with senior team members to enhance sales strategies
- Participate actively in training sessions and team meetings

Requirements

- Life & Health insurance license or willingness to obtain within 30 days
