Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, analytics, and custom solution design. This role requires hands-on expertise in developing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that align with business needs, with a particular focus on advanced customizations and Salesforce Analytics (optional).

Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions to support business processes across sales, service, and marketing functions.

Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions (e.g., Salesforce Reports & Dashboards, CRM Analytics/Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM).

Create scalable and maintainable custom objects, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), Apex classes/triggers, and Visualforce pages.

Implement automation using Process Builder, Flows, and Workflow Rules.

Develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure high performance and reliability of the Salesforce environment.

Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices, particularly in analytics and reporting.

Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration tools.

Proven experience in building and customizing Salesforce Analytics (Salesforce Reports & Dashboards, CRM Analytics/Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM).

Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, data model, and governance.

Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.

Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes (e.g., SFDX, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
