Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Develop robust applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Build and maintain integrations with MuleSoft and APIs for seamless data flow
- Implement OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, and DataRaptors
- Develop intelligent automation and call center support capabilities through Agentforce
- Integrate with CI/CD pipelines and participate actively in code reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers
- Support broker and direct-to-consumer portals within Salesforce

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Proven ability to design enterprise-scale distributed systems and integration architectures with MuleSoft or similar platforms
- Advanced proficiency with Sales Cloud, Data Cloud/Data360, OmniStudio, Apex, LWC, and MuleSoft

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Familiarity with AgentForce
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, OmniStudio Developer, Integration Architect)
- Background in healthcare or other regulated environments
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms
