Senior Salesforce Developer

Senior Salesforce DeveloperWe are looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team and support key platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will take ownership of system maintenance, incident analysis, and change validations with minimal supervision. This role involves coordinating seasonal releases and sandbox refreshes while contributing to mission-critical enhancements.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and troubleshoot incidents across Salesforce platformsPerform system maintenance and health checksValidate and implement critical changes in alignment with change control processesCoordinate seasonal Salesforce release planning and impact assessmentsManage sandbox refresh schedules and validationsDeliver OE (Operational Excellence) enhancements and support OL (Operational Logistics) demandsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, maintainable solutionsRequired Skills & Qualifications7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experienceProficiency in Sales Cloud and Experience CloudExperience working on both Classic and Lightning platformsSalesforce Administrator certification (mandatory)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and handle mission-critical workExcellent verbal and written communication skillsNice to HaveExperience with Service Cloud and/or Health CloudFamiliarity with DevOps practices in a Salesforce environmentKnowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs
