Job Description:

Step into a fast-paced ICU environment where you will deliver expert care to critically ill adults and collaborate with a dedicated, multidisciplinary team to stabilize and recover patients. Bring at least two years of critical care experience and be proficient with ventilators, CRRT, vasoactive medications, central lines, and neurovascular care, with required certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS. You'll own titration of critical care drips within ordered parameters, perform central line care, and contribute to precise patient documentation using an electronic charting system, while participating in ongoing education and unit protocols. This assignment offers a structured schedule with guaranteed hours and weekend coverage, opportunities to float to step-down units as needed, and a supportive environment that emphasizes autonomy, growth, and compassionate, patient-centered care.

Requirements:

• 2 years of critical care experience
• ICU/CCU nursing experience
• Competent with CRRT, IABP, ventilators, vasoactive medications, sedation and paralytics
• Must titrate drips and manage IV lines
• Unexpired driver's license required
• Proficient in EPIC electronic charting
• Willing to float to Stepdown & MedSurg as needed
• Must include unexpired driver's license with submission
