This position balances daily activities between customer acquisition and ongoing customer support, ensuring efficient policy processing, claims assistance, and seamless communication. Working standard office hours with no travel requirements, the team member collaborates closely with colleagues to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced insurance setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support and respond promptly to inquiries
• Process insurance policies and assist with claims handling
• Support sales efforts to help acquire new customers
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication with clients
• Collaborate effectively within a small team of 2-5 members

Required Qualifications

• Property & Casualty License

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in insurance or customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Sales aptitude and foundational insurance knowledge
• Effective problem-solving and teamwork abilities
