Come work at the exciting and historic Lake Geneva Maxwell Mansion & Boutique Hotel! Join our team of talented staff and be a part of the most unique and exciting location in Lake Geneva! We are a 28-room upscale boutique hotel with two incredible unique bars and lounges. This role is responsible for crafting the finest cocktails all while making and cultivating the end-to-end guest experience so that they write 5-star reviews and have all their friends wanting to come to Maxwell. This role requires a valid operators (bartenders) license in Lake Geneva or must show that the license has been applied for prior to your first shift. A flexible schedule is required including days, nights, and weekends. Must have prior craft cocktail bartending experience, be able to lift more than 50 lbs, constantly be on your feet, be creative, help the team where help is needed throughout the property, keep a clean work area, and have a superior customer service-driven approach. In addition to our highly competitive hourly pay, Mixologists receive a portion of the Hotel Service Charge. At Maxwell, we charge a 6% service charge on our nightly room rates in place of a resort fee. In addition, individuals who assist or work with events will receive a portion of the event service charge. These service charges, less a small percentage, are given to a team based on our hours worked in addition to our highly competitive hourly pay structure.
