Scrum Master

Shift Monday - Friday - 1st Shift (Day) Scrum Master III The Scrum Master III plays a key role in defining, developing, implementing, and continuously improving Agile practices--primarily Scrum--across the organization. This role facilitates sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint demos, while maintaining metrics that help teams visualize progress. The Scrum Master III leads Agile transformation efforts and promotes accountability and transparency across all levels. Primary Responsibilities Serve as Scrum Master for one or more teams, leading multiple simultaneous initiatives or medium‑complexity programs/releases. Practice core Agile principles including collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and continuous improvement. Support and educate Product Owners in developing, refining, and managing product backlogs. Facilitate sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and daily stand‑ups. Track and communicate team velocity, sprint progress, and release milestones. Provide status reporting on KPIs, schedules, resources, and milestone delivery. Guide and mentor less experienced Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development team members. Resolve impediments and foster self‑organization and shared leadership within teams. Apply judgment and experience to plan and accomplish complex tasks with minimal supervision. Promote Agile best practices and contribute to organizational transformation initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned or requested. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 4+ years of relevant experience or applicable Agile/Scrum certifications required. Technical and Business Knowledge Deep understanding of organizational products and services. Familiarity with a variety of industry concepts, practices, and procedures. Ability to read and interpret business periodicals, technical procedures, work instructions, and process maps. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to present information and respond to questions from internal and external stakeholders. Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization. Physical & Cognitive Requirements (With or Without Accommodation) Ability to follow policies and procedures. Ability to read, write, and interpret information. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Ability to sit, walk, or stand for the duration of the shift. Must possess visual acuity to perform essential job functions. Ability to conduct physical tasks with a full range of motion throughout the warehouse environment.
