Westside Plastic Surgery is looking for a creative, outgoing, and highly motivated Social Media & Content Coordinator to help grow our digital presence and bring our brand to life.
This is not a role for someone who simply wants to schedule posts. We’re looking for a hands-on content creator who is comfortable getting behind the camera, capturing photo and video content, creating Reels and short-form videos, spotting trends, developing fresh ideas, and turning everyday moments in our practice into engaging content.You’ll work closely with our plastic surgeon, aesthetic team, patients, and practice leadership to showcase surgical results, patient journeys, treatments, education, behind-the-scenes moments, and the personality of our practice. Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the practice's presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and patient acquisition.
• Create, film, edit, and publish high-quality content, including Reels, Stories, videos, graphics, educational content, and patient transformations.
• Capture compelling before-and-after results, behind-the-scenes footage, provider highlights, patient testimonials, and special events.
• Write engaging captions, social media copy, and calls-to-action that reflect the brand's voice and drive engagement.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and viral content opportunities within aesthetics, beauty, wellness, and plastic surgery.
• Build and nurture an active online community by responding to comments, messages, reviews, and patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate closely with providers and leadership to develop content that is accurate, compliant, educational, and aligned with ethical standards.
• Coordinate and execute content calendars, campaign launches, promotions, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
• Monitor social media analytics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide recommendations to optimize growth and engagement.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility through influencer partnerships, community outreach, and digital collaborations.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, blog content, website updates, and other digital marketing initiatives as needed.
• Maintain a consistent luxury brand image across all marketing channels and patient touchpoints.
• Support in-office content creation by attending procedures, events, and team activities to capture authentic and engaging content.

Required Skills ✔️ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field preferred
✔️ 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, marketing, aesthetics, beauty, hospitality, or a related industry
✔️ Strong photography, videography, editing, and storytelling skills
✔️ Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools
✔️ Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management abilities
✔️ Creative thinker with a strong eye for aesthetics and branding
✔️ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
