Here's to crafting careers and creating new legacies.In the role of Associate Financial Analyst, you will be part of the Global Business Services (GBS) team where you will provide support for analysis, payroll tax compliance, reporting, budgeting, planning/forecasting, troubleshooting payroll issues, and supporting the team in the processing and accounting of payroll across the Americas, among other duties. You will obtain information from customers and business partners to draw conclusion about business processes, take a systematic approach to evaluating alternatives, and make recommendations to management. Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $58,700.00 - $77,100.00 (posting salary range) + 10 % target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
