As a Front of House Team Member, you will have the chance to work directly with our guests, ensuring they receive our signature Chick-fil-A service and delicious food. Enjoy flexible scheduling (including Sundays off) and become a member of a high performing team.
Position Type: Full-time and Part-time

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile and create eye contact to make emotional connections with guests
- Speak enthusiastically and communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Multitask quickly and efficiently
- Be adaptable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic
- Work on your feet for several hours at a time
- Drive-thru team works outdoors 60-70% of the time
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:

- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule

Most Chick-fil-A Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
