Outside Sales Representative – Kitchen & Bath Design

Pine Brook, NJ | Full-Time | Commission + Growth Opportunity

Blueprint Construction is looking for a motivated, high-energy Outside Sales Representative to help grow our kitchen and bathroom remodeling business in the Pine Brook area. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on creating connections, enjoys the world of home design, and wants unlimited earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Meet with homeowners to discuss kitchen and bathroom renovation projects
• Build rapport and understand client goals, style preferences, and budgets
• Present remodeling solutions and guide customers through the design/sales process
• Generate and follow up on leads
• Conduct in-home consultations and appointments
• Collaborate with internal teams on project details and customer expectations
• Maintain communication throughout the sales cycle
• Manage pipeline activity and follow-up consistently
• Help turn ideas into completed spaces clients love

What We’re Looking For

• Previous outside sales experience preferred (home improvement, remodeling, construction, design, or related industries is a major plus)
• Passion for kitchens, bathrooms, remodeling, or interior design
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed
• Comfortable driving to appointments and meeting clients in person
• Organized with strong follow-up habits
• Ability to listen well and guide customers confidently through decisions
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
