Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations for a custom kitchen countertop and cabinet company located in Wayne, NJ.
Develop and implement operational policies, ensure quality compliance, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Supervise staff activities, prepare work schedules, assign specific duties, and foster a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
Identify operational challenges, propose solutions to improve performance, and enhance financial outcomes by developing budgets, setting goals, and creating effective sales strategies.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in operations management or a related role
Strong understanding of workflow optimization and process improvement
Proven leadership and team management skills
Ability to develop and manage budgets and sales goals
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
