Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will oversee the company's day to day operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently across all areas of the business. Initially, this role will be highly hands on, with responsibility for executing operational tasks directly while establishing systems and workflows for future growth.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of multiple responsibilities. As the company expands, this individual will have the opportunity to build, manage, and lead an operations team while helping drive the organization's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operational activities and workflows
• Develop and improve processes to increase efficiency
• Monitor projects, tasks, and operational performance
• Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth execution
• Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively
• Create systems and procedures to support company growth
• Track priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
• Eventually hire, train, and manage an operations team

Qualifications:
• Prior operations or business management experience preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities
• Strong communication and leadership potential
• Detail oriented with excellent follow through
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
