ITR Analyst

The ITR Analyst plays a central role in the vehicle repair process by coordinating and overseeing all maintenance activities, including battery, tire, glass, mechanical, and body repairs. This position ensures repair requests are handled accurately and efficiently, facilitates clear communication among stakeholders, and supports daily operational objectives in a fast-paced automotive environment. It is an excellent entry-level opportunity to gain experience supporting a large original equipment manufacturer (OEM) while developing strong administrative, data entry, and automotive industry skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all vehicle repair operations, including batteries, tires, glass, mechanical issues, and body damage, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Receive and accurately enter daily repair requests into the appropriate systems, maintaining complete and up-to-date records.
• Dispatch work orders efficiently to technicians, contractors, and other service providers using Stellantis OBT software.
• Handle daily email correspondence related to vehicles in repair, providing clear updates and professional responses.
• Maintain a daily call log for vehicles in repair, tracking status, expediting repairs, and documenting reasons for delays.
• Close out work orders promptly upon completion of repairs and verify that all information is correctly recorded.
• Review Excel reports and data on a daily basis to monitor repair progress, identify issues, and support operational decision-making.
• Communicate effectively with manufacturer and management-level personnel to provide updates, clarify requirements, and resolve issues.
• Work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple functions and tasks in a dynamic environment.

Essential Skills

• 12 years of data entry and administrative experience.
• Ability to work under pressure while handling multiple functions and tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of the automotive industry with some knowledge of vehicle damages and repair processes.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with manufacturer and management-level personnel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Experience with Excel data entry and reviewing Excel-based reports and datasets.
• Typing speed of 40 words per minute or greater.
• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently.
• Customer serviceoriented mindset with strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to work proficiently and efficiently in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with automotive repair procedures and vehicle repair processes.
• Familiarity with Stellantis OBT or similar repair dispatch software.

Work Environment

The role begins with 23 weeks of full-time, on-site training, Monday through Friday, to ensure thorough onboarding and familiarity with systems and processes. After the training period, the position transitions to a remote work arrangement, offering flexibility while maintaining regular responsibilities. Quarterly in-office meetings are scheduled, and attendance is required; these meetings are communicated well in advance to allow for planning. The work involves frequent use of computer systems, including Microsoft Office and specialized repair dispatch software, as well as regular email and phone communication in a fast-paced automotive support environment. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn Hills, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
