As a Relationship Banker Business Specialist within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based at 18th and Walnut Street in Center City Philadelphia. Job Responsibilities The Relationship Banker Business Specialist will: Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue. Proactively manage leads and generate referrals, leveraging experience and knowledge of bank products and services. Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch, working with a range of partners. Differentiate the client experience through advanced conversation skills and tailored solutions. Work with the branch team to identify and create referrals for consumer and business banking opportunities. Create client loyalty and grow client share of wallet through a differentiated client experience. Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment.
