Senior Business Execution Consultant, Branch Network Planning - Governance

Drive execution of branch network optimization initiatives spanning data analysis, planning, governance, socialization, implementation, and post-implementation analysis Analyze complex and ambiguous data sets to inform decisions and support leadership discussions Create executive-ready presentations and materials articulating issues, options, and recommendations Manage relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross-functional business partners Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness, and pipeline management for assigned initiatives and operations Research business, operational, and strategic initiatives Assist in planning and executing programs involving risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience Collaborate with team leaders to develop project plans, policies, and procedures Requirements 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education 3+ years of experience using advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting 3+ years of experience developing business cases, financial analyses, or leadership recommendations 3+ years of experience partnering with cross-functional teams to execute business initiatives and drive results 2+ years of delivering presentations in a professional business environment Familiarity with retail banking or a national branch network environment preferred Experience with branch network planning, space and capacity management, and Branch Distribution Strategy Ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leadership and executive stakeholders Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders concurrently Proficiency with Microsoft products, especially Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of governance processes, data management, and operational controls Experience partnering with Finance, Marketing, Real Estate, and Operations teams Ability to travel up to 10% as business needs require Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment sponsorship is not available Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Business Execution, Implementation, and Strategic Planning, with a strong focus on data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and effective communication with senior leadership.
