Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, ongoing medical care for patients spanning all ages, from children to seniors.

• Perform thorough physical examinations, analyze diagnostic results, and create tailored treatment strategies.
• Engage collaboratively with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and other professionals to support multidimensional care.

• Maintain precise and current patient records through electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from a recognized and accredited medical institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or currently possess) an active Utah medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
