Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to individuals and families across all ages, from children to the elderly.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a recognized residency in Family Medicine.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or already possess) an active medical license in Utah.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
