Trauma-Informed Family Success Coach

Hamilton Families in San Francisco seeks a Family Success Coach/Case Manager to provide intensive, trauma-informed services to families in a 12‑month transitional housing program. You will assess needs, develop individualized plans, and advocate for access to housing and supportive resources. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will partner with families to address barriers to stability, build self‑sufficiency, and support successful transition to permanent housing. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hamilton Families
