What You'll Do Create Exceptional Experiences Welcome and support employees, executives, clients, and visitors with a hospitality-first mindset Serve as a trusted point of contact and ensure every interaction reflects professionalism and service excellence Lead Meetings and Events Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events from planning through execution Manage room scheduling, AV coordination, catering, vendor relationships, and onsite event support Ensure every event runs flawlessly and exceeds expectations Support Workplace Operations Oversee mailroom operations, package distribution, and shipment tracking Manage office supplies, beverage programs, and ordering systems Provide administrative support for workplace initiatives and special projects Assist with facilities, security, and vendor coordination as needed What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in hospitality, workplace services, events, administrative support, or a related field Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Experience working with executives, vendors, and cross-functional teams Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) A polished, professional presence and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Why You'll Love This Opportunity High-visibility role with meaningful impact Dynamic environment where no two days are the same Opportunity to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams Collaborative culture focused on service, professionalism, and excellence Compensation $24.00 / hr #J-18808-Ljbffr
