Job Overview

Kids Zone is looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Team Member to join our growing team! If you love working with children, enjoy creating a fun and welcoming environment, and don't mind staying busy, we'd love to meet you.

This position is primarily focused on supervising open play, interacting with families, keeping the playground clean and safe, and preparing drinks at our coffee bar. You'll also help with birthday parties and special events as needed. Every day is different, so we're looking for someone who is positive, hardworking, and enjoys working as part of a team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome families and provide outstanding customer service.
• Supervise the play area to help ensure a safe and fun environment.
• Interact with children and families in a friendly, engaging manner.
• Prepare coffee, specialty drinks, and other beverages.
• Serve snacks and maintain the café area.
• Clean and sanitize play equipment, tables, restrooms, and common areas throughout the day.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Check guests in and verify waivers.
• Restock snacks, drinks, café supplies, and merchandise.
• Help set up and clean up birthday parties and special events.
• Follow all Kids Zone safety and cleanliness standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys working with children.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Positive attitude and willing to jump in wherever needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable preparing coffee and beverages (training provided).
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and stay active throughout the shift.
• Weekend availability is a plus for occasional birthday parties.

Pay: $12.00 per hour
