Insurance Producer - San Antonio, TX - Property & Casualty About the job Insurance Producer - San Antonio, TX - Property & Casualty Insurance Producer – Property & Casualty Construction | Habitat | Transportation Location: San Antonio, Texas (within the assigned territory, 50-mile radius) Schedule: Full-time | Hybrid / In-office as needed Compensation: Base + Commission (details shared during process) About the Role Our client is a well-established Texas insurance agency seeking an experienced Property & Casualty Producer with a generalist background across construction, habitat, and transportation risks. This role is focused on building new business, expanding client relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions for complex commercial accounts. Employee Benefits experience is a plus , but not required. This is a role for a producer who understands risk, knows how to sell, and can manage relationships long-term.
