This is a sales and production-driven role , ideal for someone who thrives on performance, loves working leads, and understands the value of deep coverage expertise.

What You’ll Do

• Work with high-quality, inbound leads – no cold calling. Leads are generated through our branded website, marketing partners, and large existing customer base.
• Provide comprehensive coverage consultations across auto, home, umbrella, RVs , and other specialty personal lines products.
• Deliver white-glove service while meeting production goals in a tech-enabled environment.
• Participate in a comprehensive onboarding and training program designed to set you up for success.

What You Bring

• Experience in personal lines insurance
• Strong knowledge of multi-carrier quoting , comparative raters, and policy servicing
• Experience with auto, home, umbrella , and specialty personal lines products
• Proven ability to work in a sales-focused , customer-centric environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Passion for helping people and protecting what they value most
