Job Overview:
The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality standards and compliance of products, processes, and systems within the organization. This role involves implementing quality control measures, managing audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet regulatory and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure all products and processes meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and procedures.
• Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, such as ISO 9001 or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in quality management tools and software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
