Description - Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory evaluations-covering areas such as chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-following established guidelines.
• Evaluate results meticulously for accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and carry out maintenance and calibration on lab equipment.
• Support specimen collection activities and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new staff or interns, and uphold high-quality standards within the laboratory.
• Ensure a tidy and safe workspace while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of hiring.
• Maintain current certification throughout the duration of employment.
