Clinical Oncology Specialist, Breast
Natera
Natera seeks a Clinical Oncology Specialist for its breast oncology team in Northern Texas to drive adoption of Signatera, a ctDNA minimal residual disease test. The role involves engaging key opinion leaders, developing territory strategy, and delivering clinical education across integrated delivery networks and academic medical centers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory plan for growth and account penetration
- Identify and engage key opinion leaders to integrate Signatera into clinical workflows
- Deliver clinical education to physicians and care teams on oncology solutions
- Drive product adoption by influencing clinical decision-making at provider and system levels
- Monitor account performance and market trends; escalate issues and identify opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years breast oncology, surgical sales, or molecular diagnostics experience
- Deep knowledge of academic and community oncology markets and precision medicine
- Frequent travel capability including overnight stays
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
- Strong clinical understanding of oncology and molecular diagnostics
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders in complex healthcare systems
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus uncapped quarterly commissions, car allowance, and Restricted Stock Units
