Talent Acquisition Coordinator

• Provide administrative support for high-volume recruitment and interview scheduling.
\n
• Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, vendors, and HR teams.
\n
• Prepare offer letters, onboarding packets, and pre-hire documentation.
\n
• Support background screenings, Workday account creation, and documentation collection.
\n
• Manage vendor/subcontractor onboarding and maintain accurate records.
\n
• Monitor HR inboxes and respond to HR-related inquiries.
\n
• Provide backup support for Workday and payroll operations.
\n
• Support onboarding programs, 30/60/90-day check-ins, probationary check-ins, stay interviews, and exit interviews.
\n
• Assist with class and compensation documentation, including position creations and reclassification requests.
\n
• Support recruitment marketing, LinkedIn postings, job fairs, HR reporting, and other HR projects.
\n

Key Requirements:

\n
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of progressive HR administration experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
\n
• 3+ years of experience with full-cycle interview scheduling for a recruitment department.
\n
• Experience as a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Coordinator is preferred.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Experience coordinating internship programs and onboarding interns is preferred.
\n
• Experience with Workday/HRIS, onboarding, recruitment coordination, and HR operations is highly desirable.
