About the Role

\n

Our client is looking for a hands-on TA leader who has owned recruiting infrastructure, not just recruiting results. They're seeking someone who understands how hiring processes, ATS workflows, reporting, recruiter performance, and hiring manager engagement all work together to create an effective talent acquisition function.

\n

You'll lead recruitment across the organization, oversee recruiting resources, and serve as the go-to expert for improving systems, processes, and overall recruiting effectiveness. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, creating structure, and driving adoption of recruiting technology.

What You'll Own

\n

\n
• Lead full-cycle recruitment across clinical, operational, administrative, and leadership positions.
\n
• Serve as a strategic partner to executives, program leaders, and hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring needs.
\n
• Own recruitment workflows and processes from requisition intake through offer and onboarding transition.
\n
• Drive continued optimization of the organization's applicant tracking system, identifying opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, efficiency, and user adoption.
\n
• Personally manage executive, specialized, and difficult-to-fill searches.
\n
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
\n
• Create recruitment dashboards and analytics to monitor hiring activity, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health, and overall recruiting performance.
\n
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing, candidate evaluation, and best hiring practices.
\n
• Develop community partnerships and outreach initiatives to strengthen talent attraction efforts.
\n
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to recruiting team members and external recruitment partners.
\n

What We'd Like

• Demonstrated success leading an ATS implementation, configuration, workflow design, process optimization, reporting, adoption, or system enhancements.
\n
• Ability to translate recruiting challenges into scalable technology and process solutions.
\n
• Relevant talent acquisition leadership experience with direct people leadership responsibilities.
\n
• Experience coaching recruiters, driving accountability, and improving team performance.
\n
• Experience within nonprofit or mission-driven environments required.
\n
• Experience recruiting across a variety of clinical, operational, leadership, and support positions.
\n
• Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision making.
\n
