Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner II (Contract)

Rocket Lab, the end-to-end space company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner II/Senior for a 6-month fixed-term role based onsite at our Middle River, MD facility. You will own the full lifecycle recruiting process from sourcing to extending offers, partnering with hiring managers, and building a diverse pipeline to fill critical roles. The role requires 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting for TA Partner II or 5+ years for Senior, experience with Greenhouse ATS, and ability to travel to other #J-18808-Ljbffr Rocket Lab Corp.
