Overview Transactions Paralegal opening for real estate and asset management company. Responsibilities Draft and distribute commercial real estate closing documents for acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financings Prepare deal checklists and monitor status of deliverables Prepare signature page packets and coordinate delivery of same Assemble final executed documents for closings Assist in maintaining a digital database of closing files by tracking and filing new documents regularly Manage the procurement of lien releases following the release of mortgage debt Prepare and deliver corporate documents Assist in the drafting of various asset management documents Qualifications At least 2 years of experience drafting commercial real estate closing documents or other transactional documents Experience preparing and delivering corporate documents Ability to read and understand corporate documents #J-18808-Ljbffr Green Key Resources
