Senior Paralegal (Structured Finance/Transactional)

A leading global law firm isseeking a Senior Paralegal to join their Structured Finance/Transactional Law team. Who You Are You have at least 7 years of Paralegal experience, including transactional work Bachelor’s Degree and ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred Strong understanding of the deal lifecycle and complex transactions Highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision Proficient in MS Office and document management tools likeiManage Familiar with LexisNexis, Westlaw, and transactional software such asSimplyAgreeandLitera What You’ll Do Manage deal lifecycle tasks: checklists, deadlines, and communications Prepare and review transaction documents for structured finance matters Organize diligence materials, compile signature pages, and finalize closing binders Review and file UCC financing statements and lien searches Collaborate with attorneys, internal teams, and external vendors What Success Looks Like Deliver accurate, efficient work that supports fee collection Maintain organized documentation throughout transactions Build strong collaboration across teams and vendors Salary Range $100,000 – 130,000 annually, based on experience Location New York, NY – Hybrid Gainor is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
