Job Description:

We’re hiring | Sales Support Administrator

From Catenon, we are currently looking for a Sales Support Administrator for an international company based in Chicago.

The Sales Support Administrator plays a key role in supporting the sales organization by managing the full order process and ensuring a seamless experience from quotation to delivery.

This role acts as a central point of coordination between customers, sales representatives, and internal teams, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and process accurate customer quotes in a timely manner
- Enter and manage purchase orders in the system
- Track and monitor order status to ensure on-time delivery
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries (phone and email)
- Provide professional and solution-oriented customer service
- Process and record customer payments accurately
- Support a team of sales representatives across assigned territories
- Coordinate with production, shipping, and accounting teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records of orders, quotes, and customer interactions

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and customer focus
