What You'll Be Doing:

Communicate professionally with the public, internal customers, and external customers. Resolve complicated issues involving customer service and research governing policies, procedures, or laws for clients or visitors. Talk with clients, make appointments, print WIC vouchers, and work on reports to build and maintain caseload, supply, and office inventory. Interpret as needed.
