The Construction Project Coordinator supports a small team overseeing commercial construction projects. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing contracts, and facilitating communication to ensure project milestones are met efficiently. The coordinator acts as a liaison among vendors, stakeholders, and team members while maintaining quality control, thorough documentation, and timely permit tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Procore software
• Manage contract administration and documentation
• Coordinate communication between vendors, stakeholders, and team members
• Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports
• Track and monitor necessary permits and deadlines
• Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Prepare and distribute regular reports to project stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Proficiency with construction scheduling software, especially Procore
• Experience with budget management and contract negotiation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
