We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician for troubleshooting and repairing Air Conditioners and other HVAC products in the Baltimore/Washington/VA area.Responsibilities:Service, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC systems (Cooling towers, boilers, pumps, heat exchangers, variable frequency drives, and controls)Repair and replace defective equipment, components, or wiring of multiple devicesPerform start-ups, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC equipmentEffectively use knowledge of the principles of HVAC equipmentQualifications:Journeyman License (Preferred)5+ years of Commercial experiencePhenomenal troubleshooting skillsExcellent customer service skillsComputer literacyValid Driver's License, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a drug screen and background checkBenefits:Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance401k employee retirement planShort- and Long-term disabilityPaid time off (PTO) and Holiday payBase Pay: $22-$50/Hour Commensurate with experience.
