About the Role We are looking for Software Engineers who are excited to solve challenging problems and build products that redefine how businesses operate. You'll bring deep technical expertise, strong product intuition, and the ability to work across domains to design and implement scalable solutions while navigating ambiguity and driving projects forward. As a Software Engineer, you'll work closely with teams across the organization to turn ideas into products, make thoughtful technical decisions, and build solutions from concept through production. You'll balance creativity with engineering rigor to deliver reliable, high-quality software that scales. What You'll Do Collaborate with teammates and customers to understand technical challenges, gather insights, and translate requirements into scalable software solutions Analyze how new software solutions meet market demands and align with user expectations Drive the roadmap for the 0-1 creation of new software products Identify opportunities for technical improvement and innovation based on user feedback to enhance product capabilities and better serve user needs Stay informed on trends in the competitive landscape, including emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry developments Partner closely with teammates to suggest and implement enhancements across products and processes Present technical and product concepts and solutions to the broader team Refine and standardize coding practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable software Rapidly iterate on software designs and implementations from concept to deployment What You Bring: At least 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with experience building B2B SaaS products preferred Strong expertise in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and development tools, including Python, AWS, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch Experience establishing and maintaining coding standards and engineering best practices Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate technical challenges and develop thoughtful solutions Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to inform technical decisions Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to product and engineering initiatives Nice to Have Experience building generative AI applications, working with agentic frameworks, or applying prompt engineering techniques Experience working at an early-stage startup or joining a company during a period of significant growth and change Experience evaluating and adopting new technologies to improve engineering practices and product capabilities What we offer: Compensation: A highly competitive base salary and bonus structure, and early-stage equity that aligns your success directly with the company's growth Comprehensive benefits : health, dental, and vision coverage, generous paid time off (PTO), plus additional benefits that support how you work Growth and development : Career advancement paths, dedicated mentorship opportunities, and a strong commitment to investing in your continuous professional development and skill enhancement Dynamic culture : Join a collaborative, innovative, and fast-paced work environment where your direct contributions have a tangible and immediate impact on the product, the sales strategy, and the overall company trajectory Here at Reevo, we know the best ideas come from people with different experiences and perspectives.
