Inventory Control Manager

Join our team as anInventory Control Manager! Oversee aluminum extrusion inventory, optimize stock levels, lead cycle counts/audits, and streamline ERP workflows in a fast-paced plant environment. Requirements: Bachelor's in Supply Chain/Logistics or related, 3–7 yrs inventory/warehouse experience, ERP knowledge, & strong Excel skills. salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION: Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control policies and procedures. Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability while minimizing excess inventory. Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and annual physical inventories. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Analyze inventory reports, identify trends, and recommend process improvements. Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, and logistics teams to optimize inventory flow. Ensure timely and accurate recording of inventory transactions in ERP or inventory management systems. Forecast inventory requirements based on sales, production, and demand planning. Monitor inventory performance metrics, including inventory turnover and stock accuracy. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards. Prepare reports and present inventory performance to senior management.
