What You'll Do As A Licensed Vocational Nurse

Provide skilled LVN visits to patients in their homes throughout the Fort Worth area

Administer medications and treatments, and provide wound care as ordered

Monitor each patient's condition and follow the physician's plan of care under RN supervision

Teach patients and families how to manage conditions and stay safe at home

Report changes in patient status to the nursing team

Document each visit accurately using our AI-assisted charting tools

What We're Looking For

Active Texas LVN license in good standing

At least one year of nursing experience (home health experience a plus)

A valid Texas driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

Strong clinical skills and dependability

A caring, patient-first attitude
