\n \nTrainee Recruitment Consultants can typically earn between $70,000 to $80,000 OTE in their first year, with some of our top performing trainees earning between $90,000 to $100,000.
\n \nAs a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Xpertis Talent , you’ll receive hands-on training from our recruitment experts. You’ll learn everything you need to know about your specialist market, from effective recruitment strategies and candidate sourcing to building strong client relationships. - Market job adverts and enhance your personal brand in your specialist industry \n

- Collaborate with your team and grow together by identifying areas for learning and development \n
