\nLocation: Tampa - 4 days onsite, 1 day wfh

\nWe are a high-growth recruitment business specialising in Investment Banking and Private Equity. We partner with everything from Top 30 Banks to Elite Boutiques to help them build high-performing teams, and we pride ourselves on delivering a consultative, relationship-first service rather than transactional recruitment.
\nWe are now hiring a Consultant to focus on developing new client relationships in the US market. This is not just a “dial and book meetings” role — it’s an opportunity to build real commercial skill and evolve into a full 360 recruitment consultant.
\n \nThe Opportunity
\nThis role is ideal for someone ambitious, resilient, commercially curious, and motivated by progression.
\nInitially, you will focus on:

- Identifying and engaging new client prospects \n
- Building relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers \n
- Booking qualified meetings \n
- Creating new business opportunities for the recruitment team \n
Over time, this role will evolve into a full 360 recruitment consultant position, including:

- Managing client relationships \n
- Taking job briefs \n
- Candidate sourcing and placement \n
- Revenue ownership \n
We are looking for someone who wants a long-term career in recruitment — not just an entry-level sales role.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\nNew Business Development
\n- \n
- Proactively identify and research US-based target clients \n
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to relevant candidates \n
- Build rapport and establish credibility quickly \n
- Understand hiring challenges and position our services effectively \n
- Book qualified discovery meetings \n
- Maintain accurate CRM records \n
Relationship Development
\n- \n
- Develop long-term relationships with prospects \n
- Follow up consistently and professionally \n
- Build a personal brand aligned with the company’s positioning \n
- Represent the business confidently on calls \n
Commercial Development
\n- \n
- Learn how recruitment works commercially \n
- Understand margin, deal structures, and client expectations \n
- Shadow senior consultants to develop into a 360 role \n
What We’re Looking For
\nEssential
\n- \n
- Strong communication skills (especially on the phone) \n
- Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders \n
- Resilience and comfort with outbound calling \n
- Highly organised and self-motivated (remote role) \n
- Genuine interest in sales and recruitment \n
Desirable
\n- \n
- Previous experience in sales, SDR, or recruitment \n
- Experience using LinkedIn and CRM systems \n
- Evidence of hitting targets or KPIs \n
