Production Associate – 2nd Shift
Branchburg, NJ
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Summary: You will support critical filling and packaging operations in a highly regulated environment while following strict quality and safety standards.
- Work in an aseptic/cleanroom environment while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, footwear, lab coats, masks, and protective gowns/coveralls.
- Assemble totes, cartons, platforms, and packaging components.
- Assist with setup and staging of packaging and filling lines for production activities.
- Perform visual inspections of components and finished materials to identify defects.
- Package filled vials, inserts, barcode clips, and other components according to production procedures.
- Complete counting and reconciliation of materials, labels, inserts, and production components.
- Palletize finished products and assist with moving materials to refrigerated and general warehouse areas.
- Follow all GMP, QSR, ISO, and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience in manufacturing, production, filling, labeling, packaging, warehouse operations, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
- Ability to work in a controlled/cleanroom environment and wear required PPE.
